
Hi, I'm Melissa
Having worked as an emergency medical technician and dispatcher for over 17 years, I have dealt with several injuries; one injury left me out of work for a few months.
I specialize in yoga classes for public safety workers. I put together classes that will strengthen the core to prevent back injuries, and develop minor muscles groups that will reinforce the strength in shoulders, ankles, wrists, and hips.
I don't just work with public safety field workers; I know what its like to be at a desk all day as an emergency dispatcher. These classes would help relax the shoulders, neck, upper and lower back, and stretch your legs to increase mobility and circulation.
Mission
To protect those who protect us on a daily basis. To decrease the pain and suffering of our public safety workers. To safely and ethically teach students in need.
