Melissa will schedule a free 30 minute free training where we will first meet in-person or online to discuss your goals and how yoga may improve your life. We will go over some foundation yoga techniques and build out a plan for yourself.<\/p>\n

Our live sessions may be scheduled in advance or one at a time. A minimum of 4 sessions will be required on sign up if you decide to continue with me. After each session we discuss how you felt about the class and where you’ll like to\n advance in and adjust future sessions.\n
